Terms & Conditions

1) I agree to the child in my care taking part in the activities of the Club

2) I understand that gymnastics can be a risky sport. The Club will minimise the risk where possible however i understand that injury and accidents may still happen

3) I will ensure that the child in my care is physically and mentally fit and healthy to participate, particularly after illness or injury; I will inform the coach in charge of my child of any injury or illness that may impact their ability to participate fully

4) I understand that in the event of accident, injury or illness all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the parents or carers listed above and to deal with that injury/illness appropriately

5) I agree to pay all fees and subscriptions due to the club on time. Failure to do so may result in my child being excluded from the activities of the Club;

6) Termly fees are payable in advance at the start of the term or on joining. The Club will not refund the cost of any classes not attended.

7) I agree to deliver and sign my child out from the gymnastics venue in person (dropping off in the car park on the main entrance will not be permitted). If my child is 12 years old or over, and I wish for her/him to make their own way home, I agree to complete a parental consent form.

8) I agree to give the Club 30 days notice in writing if I want to withdraw my child from a class. Fees will only be refunded from the end of the notice period.

9) I understand that the club does not allow spectators during classes
